RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At WOD Clothing and Accessories FZE, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is valid for 15 days following your purchase. If 15 days have elapsed since your acquisition, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@thealphawear.com. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

For added security, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

 

EXCHANGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Every order undergoes thorough inspection and is carefully packaged before shipping. Exchanges or returns for items that do not match the original order or have factory defects will be processed at no additional cost.

 

For other exchanges or returns, an extra delivery/return fee of 30 AED will be charged. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

You are responsible for your own shipping costs (30 AED in the UAE) for returning the item, which are non-refundable.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

SHIPPING

We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items, as we cannot assure we will receive your returned item.
